Mr. Gegaj graduated in Management and Informatics at the University of Prishtina, and has completed all exams at the Master’s level in Banking and Finance. His education was supplemented by many other international and local professional trainings.

Mr.  Arian Gegaj has been appointed Deputy CEO at PriBank in July 2024 and joined PriBank in February 2022 in the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Gegaj has made an extraordinary contribution to the establishment and operation of PriBank by supporting the CEO in this regard. He has made an extraordinary contribution in all functions of the bank: Compliance, AML, Human Resources, Legal, Personal Data Protection, Operations, IT, MIS, Administration and Procurement and other functions.

Mr. Gegaj has a diverse experience in the banking sector and other financial institutions over 15 years and with more than 7 years in private business. Mr. Gegaj has been the Head of the General Compliance Department at Banka Ekonomike, Manager of the Compliance Sector and Data Protection Officer at BPB, AML Specialist at BKT, Finance Officer at Factor Leasing and Financial Assistant in KosInvest, as well as other functions in business and NGOs. Mr. Gegaj has experience as an accountant and accounting lecturer.

Mr. Gegaj was the founder of the regulatory compliance function in the banking sector and he was the Chairman of the Compliance Committee at the Kosovo Banking Association.
