Flakrim Zogaj has been appointed Deputy CEO of PriBank in February 2025. He joined PriBank in May 2022 as Head of Credit Risk Department and later transitioned to lead the Business and Leasing Department. Mr. Zogaj has been an integral part of the PriBank team from its inception, making significant contributions to the bank’s establishment and operational success. He collaborated closely with the CEO in shaping the strategic direction for the growth and expansion of the Business of PriBank.

Mr. Zogaj brings over ten years of working experience in the banking sector. His previous roles include Head of the SME Department at BPB, SME Sector Manager at BPB, Corporate Credit Analyst in the Credit Risk Department at ProCredit Bank, Medium Client Advisor in the Business Department at ProCredit Bank, and Corporate Analyst in the Business Department at TEB.

Mr. Zogaj holds an MBA degree from the University of Staffordshire, UK, and is a graduate of the ProCredit Mid-Management Academy in Fürth, Germany.
